Introduction

 Introduction   

    Welcome to Jacquelle's Journal. Today's topic is ME. My name is Jacquelle Jean Jacques and I’m a sophomore at Everglades High school.  I've been playing tennis for a little over a year. (Not a member of the Everglades team.) I'm the President of the Class of 2024 and a member of SGA. During my spare time, I enjoy shopping and bike riding. I haven't decided what I want to be when I grow up, but I'm leaning towards studying law.

An overachiever is perhaps the best word to describe me. I feel like that word has such a negative connotation, but I believe that being an overachiever means that you are determined, hardworking, and ambitious. (I feel that I possess all of these characteristics. 😅😂)

My favorite Movie franchise is Marvel. My favorite movie is probably 10 things I hate about you.  I am perhaps the greatest rom-com fan you will ever meet, thus I enjoy Crazy Rich Asians, Enchanted, 13 Going on 30, and again 10 Things I hate about you. My favorite shows are definitely Boy Meets World, A Series of Unfortunate Events, or Young and Hungry. (I can't decide which one is my absolute favorite)

I chose to take Aice media studies because one this was the only Aice class that was Available and two because I have always been fascinated by how sounds and camera angles can elicit a specific emotion in the viewer.  So far, I'm enjoying how engaging this class is.
